Common Questions about the online training:

(Q) Does it meet DOT approval for Hazmat Training for Cylinder Re qualifiers ?
(A) Yes, provided that you watch and read the additional material that is sent to you upon completion of the online portion of the course.

(Q) How long does it take to complete the course ?
(A) It really depends on the student - but an average time is 6 - 8 hours. Some have finished as quickly as 2 hours, others have taken 2 days. That's one of the great things about online training - accomplish the training at your own pace.

(Q) What happens if my 30 days expire and I have not finished the course ?
(A) Your on-line coach will review your request to extend your time.

(Q) Can a group of our people take the course at the same time ?
(A) You can have as many people take the course as you want - however each person must pass the course as an individual, as hazmat training is an individuals certificate not a companies. So, if you have a group of 10 people that want to take the course in your company, you will need to purchase 10 trainings.

(Q) How long does it take to get the backup materials after finishing the course ?
(A) We ship out the CD's and written backup training material usually within  48 hours after completion.

Once you sign up - please allow 24 hours (M-F) for an email with course directions and a Username and Password. Upon receipt of the email, each student will have 30 days to complete the course.
